The Cape Canaveral Section of AIAA and the Florida Institute of Technology AIAA Student Chapter are happy to announce they are co-hosting a regional aerospace technical conference on October 15th, 2011 at the Florida Institute of Technology campus in Melbourne, FL.

Call for papers and presentations
The call for papers and presentations is open for those corporations and individuals interested in presenting. An abstract will be necessary and notification of approval will be issued by the end of September for those accepted to speak.
Submission schedule
Those interested in presenting at the event need to submit a summary or draft of their presentation material to the conference. Those chosen to present will be contacted.
Tracks
The conference is currently planned to have four main presentation tracks, Space, Defense, Aviation and Education. Individuals wishing to present outside these are still encouraged to submit but maybe placed outside of a specific track.
Format
Summary and Draft submissions should be in word .doc format or an open format. Presentations will be conducted in rooms with projectors and computers using windows office suite. The speaker will have a total time of 50 minutes to present and take questions if they chose too.
