    Hello AIAA Member,

We have an exciting event coming up! A two-parter involving a Hidden Figures movie night over Netflix Party followed by a panel of women in the space community. You are welcome to take part in both or just tune in afterwards for the panel!

For August, AYAA and AIAA are hosting a fireside discussion between a panel of women from across different areas of the space community, industry and academia. This event includes an optional pre-event you can also join starting at 6:00 PM, a Netflix Party hosted using a Google extension which can be downloaded here: https://bit.ly/NetflixPartyChromeExtensionDownload (You must have Netflix to participate in the pre-event but can log in live to Zoom for free for the panel discussion!)

For the pre-panel Netflix Party, we will be watching Hidden Figures and will then head over to the Zoom call to join the audience for the following panel. This panel starting at 7:30 PM is an opportunity to hear from talented women who will share general career advice, their inspiration for entering space and stories from their time as a Woman in the space community. You do not have to join the Netflix party ahead of the panel to follow the discussion but a few of the panellists may be referring to the themes and events of the movie as part of the overall discussion.

Grab a ticket on Eventbrite so we can send you a link to Zoom so you can join the panel. A joining link for the Netflix Party will also be sent out closer to the event, or you can tune into the Zoom room that opens at 6 to grab the link from chat. Keep your eyes out for further details as the event draws closer.

    Panellists:
