Dear AIAA Adelaide Section Member,
The AIAA has been updating its section governance procedures in the past couple of years, and the current section by-laws require updating to match current standards within the Institute. As such, the folks at AIAA HQ have put together a proposed set of by-laws that are attached to this message for us to consider adopting. Please take the time to read through the bylaws, and we can discuss them at the next Section Council meeting, which is open to anyone who wished to take part. The next meeting shall begin at 6pm Adelaide time on Tuesday the 2nd of November, and be held in the Davis Room, S117, Engineering South, University of Adelaide. For those who would prefer to attend the meeting remotely, there shall be a zoom teleconference organised closer to the date; please contact me for the details via email at
