AIAA Adelaide invites you to a presentation from Dr Dushy Tissa of Northrop Grumman, from 6pm on August the 6th, in Lecture Theatre S111, Engineering South, Adelaide University. Dushy will first speak about a 300-year old literary mystery involving space and invite the audience to suggest their resolutions. Then Dushy will share what Northrop Grumman Australia does in the space domain.
By way of introduction, Dushy is the Manager for Technology Outreach at Northrop Grumman Australia. In this role, he leads the execution and delivery of the company's portfolio of new technology development programs in collaboration with academic institutions, start-ups, SMEs and Defence agencies. Dushy has held senior roles across government, defence primes and university over the last 28 years, all in relation to new defence capability development. Dushy is a Tech Fellow at Northrop Grumman and has a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Melbourne and an MBA from the University of Adelaide.
