I am pleased to announce that a new AIAA Student Branch has been chartered in the Carolina Section. At the last Council of Directors Meeting on 8 January the University of North Carolina-Charlotte (UNCC) Student Branch became official. The Faculty Advisor for the new Branch is Dr. Karen Thorsett-Hill and the first Student Chair is Spencer Owen.
