I am pleased to announce that Dr. Ruggiero, our section vice chair, has been selected to receive the AIAA 2022 Sustained Service Award. The award is presented to recognize sustained, significant service and contributions to AIAA members. This is truly a special recognition for those AIAA members who have given their time, dedication and efforts to AIAA. The citation for his award reads, "For outstanding service and advancement of people and technology in the propulsion and gas turbine engineering fields."
