Description:

SCITECH Aerospace Cybersecurity Capture-The-Flag (CTF), developed by Embry-Riddle, is a competitive learning lab for aerospace professionals of all skill and experience levels. Participants will solve general cybersecurity challenges and then move on to aerospace-specific challenges such as decrypting navigation data and finding bugs in satellite ground station systems.

  • Support and assistance will be available in this competitive environment, where successful completion of cybersecurity challenges and accumulation of points will be tracked in fun, competitive environment.
  • Individual or team (10-person max) participation is supported.
  • Amazon gift card(s) will be awarded to the winning individual or team!


Platform: Zoom will be used for event moderation, participant and team communication, and chat/file sharing. The CTF exercise itself will be hosted on a stand-alone cloud platform.
