STEM K-12 Diversity Working Group
(a subset of the STEM K-12 Outreach Committee)

The Diversity Working Group aims to provide policies and approaches to encourage diversity in aerospace engineering by attracting diverse K-12 students to STEM. This Working Group supports the programming developed and delivered by the AIAA Foundation by identifying methods to reach the underrepresented.

If you are keen to assist in promoting diversity or have ideas about how to encourage underrepresented K-12 students to pursue STEM careers, you will be a good fit for this Working Group.

If you are interested in joining our group, please click the Apply Today! button above. Please note, you must Sign In (top-right corner) to see the Apply Today! button.
