    Hi,  

    I also wanted to post the two e-mails that have been sent to the section on bylaws for reference.  They are provided here as attachments.  

    "Email from AIAA national on bylaws" is from February 7, 2022 and is sent from READ Chief Dan Jensen/Dan Dumbacher/Basil Hassan/Allen Arrington.  It provides a history of bylaws standardization and interactions with GHS.  It also recommends the section adopt bylaws to remain a section in good standing and you continue to receive full membership benefits.

    "E-mail from GHS section chair on bylaws" is from March 16, 2022 and is a PDF version of the e-mail our section chair this year sent out to GHS to introduce them to the bylaws issue.
