Seeking Sponsorship:

Sponsorships are always essential in making an event such as this one possible.  They allow us to provide an appropriate local forum where the best in the aerospace engineering field can be recognized.

If you are in the position to do so, we would gratefully appreciate your consideration of sponsorship.  Corporate sponsors will be listed in the program, thanked by name during the event, and included on any literature advertising the event.  All sponsorship donations are tax deductible.  For the different sponsorship levels, we would also like to offer tickets to the dinner, to be dispersed as the sponsor sees fit.

  • $250 'Bronze' sponsorship - 2 tickets to the dinner
  • $500 'Silver' sponsorship - 4 tickets to the dinner
  • $1000 'Gold' sponsorship - 8 tickets to the dinner

Please email the Section if you would like to sponsor; send a list of attendees and their dinner choices to distribution@hsv-aiaa.org.
