Thank you for your continued support of the AIAA and dedication to shaping the future of aerospace in Louisiana and Southern Mississippi. November 14 marks the 50th anniversary of the launch of Apollo 12, the second crewed mission to land on the Moon. With Thanksgiving right around the corner, let us reflect on the legacy of the Apollo program and its indelible impact on the human condition. Our next section dinner meeting will occur on January 15, 2020 in Slidell. Jim Cavera, a senior engineer at Blue Origin and member of the AIAA Nuclear and Future Flight technical committee, will join us for a talk on future propulsion technologies titled "Future Propulsion: Nuclear Fission, Fusion, and Beyond". Please RSVP to Glen Guzik at firstname.lastname@example.org by January 13, 2020.
