    All-

    Request volunteers for the SciTech'23 SWTC Best Paper Selection Committee. All 19 papers have been received

    and are ready to be forwarded and evaluated.  A scoring criteria form will also be provided.

    The exercise last year was very enjoyable and beneficial to all involved. Many thanks for the good work of last year's

    committee and assuming there is no conflict of interest, we strongly encourage you to volunteer again this year.
