Problems with ScholarOne profile expertise information (for upcoming paper reviews)

So yesterday I checked ScholarOne to see if I needed to do anything else to volunteer to review papers for the next SciTech conference and was surprised to see all the information I had entered in back in May about what areas I could cover for reviews had been erased.

I reentered the information, but thought I would call this out here as people looking to do find reviewers might want to know that the system is zeroing out profile information that would make it possible to recruit people.

By the way, I am interested in helping out with reviews this year for the Sensor System and Information Fusion area, but the system might not be showing that I am.

    Thanks,

    Steve Cain

Thanks for the heads-up. I did double check mine and the update that I did a few months ago were still there for me - this time. They had disappeared at least one time in the past. Also, the notice about putting your expertise areas there might get you invitations from other TC's is true. That may also explain how I got assigned to chair a session at SciTech2021 for a seesion sponsored by 2 TC's, but I am not a member of either one. Ivan
