Dennis Leung brings 26 years of leadership in aerospace and defense, with experience spanning the US Navy, NASA, and Northrop Grumman. A recognized expert in satellite production and launch operations, Dennis has managed complex programs across the entire satellite lifecycle while integrating advanced technologies such as AR/VR and next-generation production methods. 

Upon retiring, founded a consulting company to continue driving innovation, program excellence, and strategic growth in the global space sector. In addition, Dennis supports higher education by advising universities on the development and advancement of their satellite programs, helping to prepare the next generation of space professionals.

Andy Tien

VP Marketing, City National Bank

With over 25 years of experience spanning marketing, project, and program management, Andy Tien blends deep functional and industry expertise with a future-forward mindset. Andy has excelled as a marketing leader in the banking, credit union, and entertainment industries, consistently delivering innovative results in complex, fast-changing environments.

A PMP-certified professional and proud USC MBA graduate, Andy brings a rare fusion of business acumen, strategic thinking, and operational discipline to every challenge he tackles. Currently at City National Bank, Andy has been nominated and selected to be a champion to help lead the Marketing Department’s automation and AI initiatives — helping position the organization at the forefront of intelligent marketing.

Rick Baumgartner

Visual Producer | Creative Technologist | Team Alignment & Workflow Specialist

Visual producer and creative technologist with 20+ years of experience leading high-stakes projects across entertainment, technology, and defense. Led 1,000+ projects, including Emmy-nominated television (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), VES Award–winning U23D, AAA games at Activision, and advanced visualization systems for the U.S. Navy and major studios. Pioneer of stereoscopic, real-time, and virtual production workflows, including the world’s first digital stereoscopic feature film at 3ALITY Technica.

Author of 3D Post-Production: Stereoscopic Workflows and Techniques. Known for creating visual workflows that keep complex, cross-functional teams aligned under pressure.
