Hello! I am a high school student currently working with the Tufts University Rocket Team to develop a multistage rocket to test a novel staging approach. As I am under 18, I am unable to get the proper certification to launch my own motor. Is there any individual/organization in Massachusetts under whom I could be mentored to launch a rocket that I designed? Thank you for all of your help.

    Sincerely,
    Albert Farah

    Albert,

I'll ask around and see if anyone knows where you should go next.

    Albert,

If you haven't already asked folks at Tufts, that would be the best place to start.

After that, the best place to look is a model rocketry club, of which there are several. Someone suggested CATO, based in Connecticut: http://www.catorockets.org/index.php

You could also try the National Association of Rocketry to see if there are any active local sections in the area: https://www.nar.org/find-a-local-club/nar-club-locator/

    Good luck!
