    Hello everyone,
    I'm Guven Akcam, a recent member of AIAA and an aviation maintenance professional currently working at Bombardier in Florida. I bring over 15 years of international experience in the aviation field, including military and civilian sectors, and hold an FAA A&P license. My main interests are in aircraft safety systems, intelligent maintenance automation, and error prevention.

    I recently began working on two projects related to aviation safety:

    • A smart maintenance automation and error prevention system

    • An emergency landing system for aircraft in case of landing gear failure

    I'm looking forward to learning from this community and also contributing wherever I can-especially in technical discussions, event planning, or STEM outreach. Please feel free to connect or reach out if you're working on something similar!
