I hope your new year is off to a great start! Let’s try to get a big turnout for this Friday’s happy hour in the Biltmore area. We’ll be kicking off 2020 with a get-reacquainted session at a Chicago-themed sports bar this Friday (Jan. 24) after work. It’s a couple blocks east of Hwy. 51 on the south side of Highland. Turn on 20th St. and pull into the parking area adjacent to the restaurant. It’s free for customers.
This will be an informal happy hour from 5 pm to 8 pm (or thereabouts) at the Half Moon Windy City Sports Grill, 2121 E Highland Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85016. We have the “Platinum Room” reserved and Happy Hour offers will be in place. I checked the place out last week. The food is good, it’s a nice sharp atmosphere and we have a back room all to ourselves. You’ll be able to order off the menu or just drop by and say hi. Check it out:

Drop by and meet some other AIAA members and swap stories about what everyone is up to. We can dream up some new events and hear about what we already have planned, or just chat about work, the aerospace industry, or whatever else, like maybe football. It would be great to see many of you there!
