Know the SCOR for Multifactor Strategy of Experimentation: Screening, Characterization, Optimization and Ruggedness Testing

Presenter: Mark J. Anderson, PE, CQE, Stat-Ease, Inc. Minneapolis, MN
Where: Boeing Bldg. 100 Briefing Center,  6300 James S. McDonnell Blvd, Berkeley, MO 63134
When: Tuesday, April 2, 2019, 5-7 pm

Join professional and certified quality engineer Mark Anderson, lead author of the DOE/RSM/Formulation Simplified trilogy, for a briefing on design of experiments (DOE). By way of example from the national defense industries, his presentation lays out a strategy for multifactor testing that provides maximum efficiency and effectiveness for development of a robust process. It maps out a sure path for converging on the ‘sweet spot’—the most desirable combination of process parameters and product attributes. Whether you are new or experienced at doing DOE, this talk is for you (and your organization's bottom line!).

Mark Anderson is a principal and general manager of Stat-Ease, Inc. Prior to joining the firm, he spearheaded an award-winning quality improvement program for an international manufacturer, generating millions of dollars in profit. Mark is also the lead author of three books and has published numerous articles on design of experiments (DOE). He is also a guest lecturer at the University of MN Chemical Engineering & Materials Science department and the Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
