The Electric VTOL Revolution

The Vertical Flight Society is tracking more than 150 electric and hybrid-electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) concepts around the world. Uber plans to put 5-seat eVTOL air taxis into operational service in 2023, while major companies and start-up innovators are creating concepts for urban air logistics to personal flying devices to VTOL bizjets. What is going on and why now? Come and learn about "The Electric VTOL Revolution" and how you can help create a new future of quiet, safe and economically-compelling eVTOL aircraft.

Since 2011, Mike Hirschberg has served as the executive director of the Vertical Flight Society, which was originally founded in 1943 as the American Helicopter Society (AHS). He is an aerospace engineer who previously worked on advanced aircraft development programs, supporting various government agencies for 20 years.
