Dayton/Cincinnati Section,
We are entering the election cycle for Section officers. This message is a call for nominations. Any member of the Section, irrespective of member grade, may stand for election as an Officer or Council member. Currently, there are 2 positions that will be open and need to be filled. First, there is the Section Treasurer. The Treasurer is responsible for the section's finances, including keeping an accurate record of all section funds received and disbursed, and making all required financial reports for AIAA. The second position is the K-12 STEM Outreach Coordinator. The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for pre-college, K- 12 STEM outreach efforts, advocating the aerospace profession to youth through innovative education activities.
