    My name is Cornelius neil Cosentino USAF retired ATP/CFII/ME flew B-47, KC-135, F-4CDEs with over 6,000 hours  and many other aircraft. 
    EAA.org Chapter 1660 KTPF. I live in Tampa and need to find aeronautical engineer who could help me with a few design issues relating to a new Eseaplane aircraft design.
