Oklahoma Section

We are in the early stages of relaunching the Oklahoma Section of Region IV, including a new Chapter in Arkansas! Stay tuned for developments! We have an Initial Cadre of Senior Volunteer Leaders and will be filling out the rest of the roster in the coming weeks. We're in the process of completing all of the formal paperwork that has to be approved by Regional Directors. Our Policies and Procedures Document has been submitted for approval. Our Business Plan is in development. In the meantime, I will be scouting out the achievements of our distinguished researchers, engineers and students on LinkedIn and ensure you receive maximum publicity for your accomplishments. We will have the assistance of the Region IV Director, Deputy Directors and the AIAA National Staff as we continue our buildout but this is really an opportunity for our Grad Students and Young Professionals to step up and fill key leadership positions. We also intend to reboot our Educator Associate membership as  -- we are still in Post-Covid Recovery in that category but we'll bounce back! 

Look for an announcement soon on the Senior Volunteer Team and open positions. We will be looking to fill volunteer positions in both the Section and Chapter. We have exciting research, product development and training systems initiatives underway as well as rapidly evolving regulatory environments, both nationally and locally.
