Hello everyone,
As the conference chair for the Survivability TC, I'm currently hoping to submit a session for a panel at SciTech 2025 run by this TC (Details can be found here: Call for Sessions). I think it would be a very interesting topic discussing what the history of survivability, progress, and challenges today. Key hurdles that we'd have to navigate are the following:
- Is it possible to have a fruitful discussion of this topic at the UNCLASS level (i.e. no export control, no CUI)? AIAA SciTech will have to be at that level.
- If it is not, should we focus on doing this at AIAA Defense where we can have relevant discussions?
- Are there any potential members of this TC who would be interested in speaking at this panel and planning on attending SciTech 2025?
The deadline for submitting is May 23rd. I'd love to hear all viewpoints from the TC as well as anyone interested.
