The Mid-Atlantic Section of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) is organizing the AIAA Young Professionals, Students, and Educators (YPSE) Conference, to be held November 18th through November 19th. The conference will be held at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory Kossiakoff Center.
Registration:
Registration for presenters and attendees is now OPEN at aiaaypse.com/register. Presenter registration and abstract submissions are due by Friday, October 28th. Abstracts should be a 250-500 word overview of the topic you will be presenting on. Abstracts may be released to conference attendees. Complete papers are not required. Abstract submissions should be emailed to the address specified during registration checkout. Notifications of abstract acceptance will be sent no later than Friday, November 4th.
AIAA Region 1 has graciously committed to refund each student member of $75 to offset the cost of transportation and lodging. This refund will be provided upon check-in at the conference!
