    Dayton/Cincinnati Section Members,
     
    The 2025 Region III Student Conference will be held on April 4-5, 2025 at the University of Cincinnati. We are still looking for 4 section members to volunteer to be On-Site Judges for the presentation of the paper sessions on April 5.  This is an all-day event and will include breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the judges. If interested or have questions, please send an e-mail to me at tchoeger@earthlink.net. We need 4 volunteers by March 1.     NOTE: Judges cannot be students, or employees of a university with students participating in the conference. If you are not local to the Cincinnati area, AIAA has funds available to cover your hotel costs for the nights of Friday, April 4th and Saturday, April 5th.
