Just a friendly reminder that the published deadline for papers for AIAA Scitech 2024 is coming up at the end of this week.
I found out some info about deadlines at the last conference committee meeting,
1. Extensions are doable and pretty much the same as last year BUT the timeframe has been advanced about a week.
All reviews are due around 20 June.
2. Sessioning is going to be done the same as last year, so if you have an idea for a workshop or special non-paper session, I can add those in late June so if you miss this week's call for content with a special session idea, it won't be too late for another month.
3. If you know you need an extension for your paper, please contact me now as it does take some effort to grant extensions.
