Reviews are to be complete by June 22. I expect the review function to close to everyone by the beginning of June 23
Here is the good news,
- All papers have been assigned 3 reviewers , thanks to those who volunteered to review extra papers beyond the 1 I initially assigned to the first all who responded to the first volunteer call.
2. 88% of reviews are compete. Basically we are looking for about 16 reviews to be done out of a total of 141.
3. I have two reviews for all the papers. AIAA wants 3 but Kim Grant has said that if we can't get 3, its ok to make a decision with two reviews, especially if they agree on the decision, essentially in that case, the third review is unlikely to change anything as we would have 2 accepts and at most 1 reject. Its my plan to make decisions based on majority vote by the reviewers
I don't know if the reviewer function will completely shut down on June 23 but I expect that it will so please accomplish your reviews. Unless you contacted me asking for more papers to review or I asked you specifically to review more and you agreed, you only have 1 review to accomplish.
