Dear Adelaide Section Member,
The time has come for our Annual General Meeting, which we tend to hold before our monthly council meeting for June. These shall occur on June 18th, beginning at 6pm, and held in room S238A in Engineering South, on the University of Adelaide's North Terrace Campus. Attending via Zoom is possible, and login details shall be posted closer to the AGM.
Council positions up for election are: Chair, Vice-Chair, Secretary and Treasurer. Nominations should be sent to the Nominations Officer, Zehao Liu, via email at zehao.liu@adelaide.edu.au . I shall post a list to nominees on June 9th, and shall request that those who cannot make the AGM in person or via Zoom email their votes to the Returns Officer, Harry Rowton. Nominations and votes shall also be accepted at the AGM, in accordance with the Section Bylaws.
