Bio

In the endless confrontation between “dreaming” and “doing” I took the challenge and I made my dream happen.

Before becoming an Airline Pilot my career has developed in several areas. It started, right after a Master in Aerospace Engineering, in the Italian Armed Forces, and then moved to world-class Consulting firms where I reached continuously growing management roles up to Head of Business Development and Sales.

Deciding to leave such a well established and successful careers may sound not wise at all, but moving from being a “doer” to a “dreamer and doer” made me able to see dreams come true and this is an addictive process that becomes a virtuous cycle: dreaming and then doing brings on more dreaming and doing. It leads to grater achievements, and eventually to a deep-seated believing in people's ability to endeavor the most challenging tasks if animated by passion and determination.

Thanks to a non-common flexibility, resilience, total dedication, well developed leadership and team working, combined with extraordinary passion, determination and strive to excellence, I am sure I can bring to a company a diverse set of precious skills and values.
