I am a strategic and technically fluent aerospace leader who integrates people, systems and missions. I am passionate about turning friction into flow, ambiguity into clarity and stalled projects into momentum. With over 18+ years of experience including leadership on some of NASA’s most complex initiatives. I specialize in transforming high-stakes, underperforming efforts into energized and high-impact successes. My foundation is space systems engineering, but my medium is people, vision and execution.
From astrophysics to lunar exploration to climate-focused Earth observation, I understand the mission lifecycle at every stage from concept development and architecture to operational readiness and sustained science delivery. I have supported flight, ground and data systems integration for flagship missions such as the Roman Space Telescope and James Webb Space Telescope. I have also provided technical leadership on major Earth science programs including the Earth Observing System fleet of satellites.
I have partnered closely with subject matter experts from NASA and the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Lab on applied systems engineering projects that solve real-world challenges tied to active missions. I also bring in-depth knowledge of federal cybersecurity requirements for space systems, ensuring mission assurance, compliance and operational resilience in increasingly complex digital environments.
In addition to my technical credentials, I am a certified agile project manager and award-winning leader who has directed large teams and managed multimillion dollar NASA contracts. I apply agile leadership, systems thinking and cross-functional coordination to deliver results with clarity, efficiency and measurable impact.
I also champion STEM equity, having taught, mentored and developed programs to uplift underrepresented communities in science and engineering.
