Danielle McLean is an accomplished aerospace engineer and nonprofit executive with nearly a decade of leadership in volunteer engagement, sponsorship sales and membership development. As Executive Director of HYSKY Society she built a volunteer-run 501(c)(3) with dozens of volunteers contributing thousands of hours annually, developed tiered sponsorship packages, applied Robert’s Rules of Order to board governance and achieved a threefold increase in program revenue.
Before HYSKY she drove sponsorship sales and workforce development at the nonprofit Vertical Flight Society, led advanced product development at Spirit AeroSystems and directed community benefit concerts and arts events as Director of Audio Production & Community Engagement for Cheerz2U.
