​Registered Professional Engineer and currently Chief Engineer of Boeing Phantom Works’ Airborne Directed Energy (DE) Programs.Lead special projects in Boeing Phantom Works for innovative technologies including hypersonic applications. 

Prior assignments include Senior Systems Engineer for Boeing’s Virtual Warfare Center and Advanced Air Dominance Programs seeking recapitalization of Naval and USAF future air dominance capability. His extensive experience in C4ISR systems and special mission aircraft include a 2-year assignment in the United Kingdom supporting the Royal Air Force E-3D Sentry Program.

Currently serving on the AIAA/DEPS Joint Outreach Committee for Directed Energy (DESIC).
National recognition in US and DoD STEP out reach programs.
Briefed the Air Force Science Advisory Board in 2018
Chaired the 2015 AIAA Defense Mission Planning Session 
Keynote Address at the 2015 DoD Aerospace Community of Practices Conference.
