The section is currently seeking individuals interested in attending Congressional Visits Day.  Please contact Taylor Swanson if interested.  Details are below:

Registration is now open for any AIAA member who would like to attend the 2020 Congressional Visits Day (CVD) program, which will take place 18 March in Washington, DC. Making your travel arrangements well in advance will help save money and headaches. AIAA will once again offer limited subsidies to assist members in their efforts to attend the event. The schedule of events in Washington, DC is as follows:
 

Thursday, 6 February                                  Training Webinar

12:00 p.m.–1:00 p.m. ET                               

Tuesday, 17 March                                        Formal In-Person Training

1:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m. ET                                  [location TBD]

Wednesday, 18 March                                  Team meetings with congressional offices

9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. ET                                 

Wednesday, 18 March                                  AIAA sponsored reception

5:00 p.m.–7:00 p.m. ET                                  2168 Rayburn House Office Building (The Gold Room)
