Evening Everyone,
Last month we introduced the model rocketry activity to you. For December, we have two opportunities for you: Model Rocketry make-up event & FIRST Robotics Competition.
Model Rocketry:
While weather wasn't cooperative, there is another event scheduled for this Saturday. For those interested, launches will occur on Saturday, December 18th from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm in Shensi Court, Palm Bay, Florida. The December event will feature make-up launches for research and a "spot landing" competition to see who can land their payload closest to a marker. Amateurs, Professionals, and everyone in-between are welcomed to see what the event is all about.
Once again, we will have an AIAA council member on hand to present information about upcoming events and gauge interest in this section taking an active role in future rocket launches.
We recommend you monitor Spaceport Rocketry Association for any weather delays impacting the event.
