The Dr. Hassan A. Hassan Graduate Award is enabling me to freely explore and defi ne my research area during the first year of my doctoral program. This award is personally signifi cant to me as I was introduced to the study of orbital mechanics by Dr. Hassan at NC State, sparking an interest that shaped my academic and professional pursuits. I am thankful to the AIAA Foundation and the Hassan family for their generous support.
