Evening all,
Following up on Jon's message from yesterday, I wanted to introduce myself as the new Co-Chair of AIAA GPS.
As someone who has been interested in Aerospace going back to launching model rockets as a child, I find AIAA represents a great opportunity for professionals with a shared passion to meet and network. After graduating from Penn State with a degree in Aerospace Engineering, I spent 10 years working at the Philadelphia Boeing plant on various domestic/international Rotorcraft projects as a Design, System, and Program Engineer. This past year, I took an opportunity to change jobs and am now working in the energy division of Lockheed Martin in Archbald, PA.
My time in industry has allowed me to work on some fascinating projects and meet wonderful people. I'm looking forward to continuing this trend through AIAA with Jon and all the members of the GPS region.
