The ASME/AIAA Egg Drop competition is back at the Mariners' Museum again! Build a device at home to test out your engineering skills on how to safely deliver a delicate payload to the ground from a roughly 2-story drop. Rules and objectives are attached.
We recommend that you build your egg drop devices in advance to bring to the event. We will supply the eggs. All devices will be dropped off the side of the USS Monitor Replica (weather permitting) – rain location is indoors. Please feel free to share this information for a little competition with friends and family!
