Dr KRANTHI KUMAR DEVEERASETTY


Bio

Kranthi Kumar Deveerasetty is a Research Assistant Professor at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida. From 2023 to 2024, he was a specially appointed researcher in the Department of Electrical, Electronic, and Info-communications Engineering at Osaka University. Before this, from 2020 to 2022, he served as a Research Associate at Kochi University of Technology in Japan, and from 2017 to 2019, he was a post-doctoral fellow at the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. He earned a B.E. from Andhra University in 2008, an M.Tech from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi in 2010, and his Ph.D. in Control Systems from the Indian Institute of Technology (BHU) Varanasi in 2016.

His research interests include model order reduction, stability of interval systems, flight control design for Unmanned aerial vehicles, and sliding mode control. He also serves as an associate editor for the measurement and control at SAGE.

Kranthi has published 35 journal articles and conference papers and was awarded the best application paper at the 11th International Conference on Modeling, Identification, and Control (ICMIC-2019).
