Demet Cilden-Guler completed her PhD at Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering Department, Istanbul Technical University in 2021. She joined Mechanical nad Manufacturing Engineering Department at University of Calgary as an Assistant Professor in 2025. She is the author/coauthor of more than 40 conference and 16 SCI-E journal papers. Her research interest areas are Kalman filtering, attitude determination and control of miniaturized satellites, space environment effects on satellite’s attitude, and integrated estimation methods.
