Jennifer has over 16 years of experience as a software engineer at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics, specializing in integrating sensor software into fighter aircraft software systems and has been a technical lead on various projects. She is currently a Lockheed Martin Associate Fellow. She is deeply passionate about continuous learning and mentoring others. Jennifer actively volunteers for professional societies, such as the Society of Women Engineers, as she enjoys contributing to the growth and development of the engineering community.
Jennifer was a speaker at WE24 for "Empowering Leadership: Applying Women's Self-Defense Principles in Technical Leadership".
She was also a 2024 IEEE MetroCon Co-Speaker for "Strategies for Integrating Complex Aircraft Software".
Outside of her engineering profession, Jennifer teaches women's self-defense classes and is a Gracie Women Empowered Instructor. She also enjoys spending time with her husband, her dogs, working out, and running in Spartan races.
