Tracy Clemmons is a Technical Fellow in Electronic Product Design and the Chief Engineer for Boeing AvionX Huntsville Engineering. With over 18 years of experience, he specializes in analog and digital circuit design, printed circuit board layout, and the integration and testing of electronics and avionics. Tracy has supported a wide range of programs across the Boeing enterprise, including the Space Launch System, International Space Station, A160T Hummingbird, CST-100 Starliner, CH-47 Chinook, T-X/T-7A, MQ-25, B61-12 Tail Kit, GPS III, B-52 Bomber, NeXT Cargo Air Vehicle, 737, 777X/777-8F, 787, and numerous Internal Research and Development (IRAD) efforts.
Tracy is the Boeing Enterprise Technical Focal for the VME International Trade Association (VITA), which develops and maintains specifications such as VPX for standard circuit card form factors and interfaces. He is also member of the Boeing Electronic Products Technical Board, where he contributes to the development of Design Practices and standards for electronic products.
Tracy holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Alabama, an M.S. in Electrical Engineering from The University of Southern California, and has been elevated to Senior Member in both IEEE and AIAA.
