  • 2022 YAVC WINNERS

    On behalf of the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA) Northern Ohio Section (NOS), it is my pleasure to announce the winners of the 2022 Young Aerospace Visionaries Contest (YAVC). This year we had ~70 project submissions from 6 different Northern Ohio Counties. First I want to thank all of the teachers and parents who encouraged their child/students to participate. I'd also like to thank all of the students for participating. Your projects were imaginative and worth consideration. All of you should be proud. Your strong efforts made for tough decisions for the judges. Without further ado, the selected prize winners are:

    We hope to continue to grow this contest in the future, so please spread the word and keep this contest in mind for next year. The announcement goes out in February.

    We encourage all students to explore science, technology, engineering, and mathematics with curiosity and mind toward their application to help society. Stay curious and continue to equip yourself with the skills and knowledge to be successful as well as helpful to others.
