The 2019 AIAA Northwest Florida Section Elections is now open for voting. Voting will close on Monday, May 13.
In addition to voting for Section Council members, the election also includes a vote on the ratification of revised Section Bylaws. The changes in the AIAA Constitution voted upon by the entire AIAA membership 3 years ago have made the Bylaws of the Northwest Florida Section (and all Sections across the Institute) outdated and out of compliance as they refer to the old AIAA Bylaws and the structures of the past AIAA governance model, which no longer exist under the new AIAA Constitution. Copies of the current and revised Section Bylaws are in the ballot link.
Your vote will be recorded in this section inbox, and copies will be sent to members of the election tellers committee (Kevin Diggs and Judith Sherrill) for tallying.
