    First, Mike Jesch will present the FAASTeam's Topic Of The Month: A review of what a Safety Management System might look like for your GA flying.

    Then, FAPA member, Ray Stratton, will take us back to the days when the "FUL MWLS TALAR Rwy 24" Instrument Approach was a thing.  He'll talk about what this rare approach was, how it worked, and why it's not still here.

    Ray W. Stratton flew at Fullerton Airport from 1983 to 2022. He has a Commercial Pilot license with Instrument Rating. In 2021 he was awarded The Wright Brothers Master Pilot Award and chose to cease piloting in 2022.  From 2006 he flew Angel Flight West medical and blood transport missions monthly as “Angel Flight 6394”.  He is President of the Smoke Eagles Flying Club.
