Here is a message received from the AIAA Greater Huntsville Section recently.  It describes a regional technical symposium, designed especially for young professionals in the aerospace field:

The deadline for abstracts submission to the Next Generation Technical Symposium is extended to August 2nd. We are seeking Presenters in over 15 subject areas. Please refer to the attached call for abstracts document for additional information. Abstracts are due August 2nd and presentations are due August 30th! Getting clearance to present requires roughly a month at most places so act now!

A paper is not required to present. Required materials are an abstract and presentation only.

Any AIAA member is eligible to participate, our only restriction is that the material presented not be undergraduate work.

But what are the benefits of presenting at the Next Gen Technical Symposium?
