Hi there! I retired in February 2024 as a senior staff research scientist at Lockheed Martin Space in Sunnyvale, CA. I have worked a wide range of jobs over my almost 33 years in the aerospace/defense industry and really enjoyed it. I have done everything from research and writing papers, thermal modeling and model translation between programming languages, to seeing the big picture for our customers and writing requirements and interface documents. I have also worked some classified programs which I've really enjoyed. I am currently an associate editor for the Journal of Thermophysics and Heat Transfer and am past chair of the Thermophysics Technical Committee. I was awarded AIAA associate fellow status in 2019.
