We have had our first meetuing of the new Arkansas AIAA Branch on March 6 at 1:00 pm-2:15 pm. We chose Officres and Subcommittee Chairs. Since we found no reference to "chapters" in the AIAA rules, we are callng it a "Branch" in line with AIAA norms. We are setting a 1 year time frame to become a full ...
