The Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Committee is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion across all levels of the St. Louis Section of AIAA. The Committee shall ensure that the Section includes diverse representation of speakers and panelists at events, recognizes members advancing diversity within aerospace, and supports scholarships for underrepresented university students. Additionally, the D&I Committee is responsible for administering grants for events promoting inclusion, enforcing an anti-harassment policy at all AIAA activities, and raising awareness of the critical role diversity plays in shaping the aerospace industry's future.
